| I went through depression in the early to mid '80s. I was on an antidepressant called Limbitrol for a few years. And now I'm perfectly normal.  | |

| I don't think you have a clinical depression, but a normal one who comes and goes. I have it to...And I think that no ne could live whithout being just a little depression, time to time. Try to not take any medication. Of course if it is a clinical medication you must take it. Go ahead. I'm sure this depression would not last for ever.  Vanesa. | |

| My mom went through it a couple of years ago Krissy. She was on a mild dosage of Zanax, but hated being on meds and decided to get off of it and fight it on her own. I wish I could say how she overcame it, but I have NO idea. Sheer will I guess? But she really was able to kick this on her own, and has been doing great for the last two years. | |
