I saw this today at a book store I went to. It sure is a thick book! I knew Shania had some hard times growing up. It should be good. Give us a review when you are finished.

So far i learned that,Her dad she lived with was her sept dad. They were very poor and did't always have money for food and paying bills.She had to go to school hungry sometimes.Just fake not being hungry. Her mother was very depressed. So she would sing to make her mom happy. Her sad would hurted her mother.That type of thing.poor kid.also said her and her mother and sisters/bros went to a homless shalter for a bite.But she ened up going back to him
