I learned a lot about sea otters while I watched this program on National Geographic.
They also wrap themselves in kelp so they wont drift out to sea.
They are the only animals to use tools to handle their food. They teach their young how to look for food, how to open it, where to do it, what to avoid, etc... A baby's hair is sooo thick that he can be on the water and float... he will NOT sink... he can't sink lol
It's fascinating to watch them.
