Sometimes i wish,?

Like a compture.I could delete stuff out of my mind.(just like that.) I seem to over-think stuff.Keep replaying stuff in my mind.Just over playing the problems. It's so annoying. You really can't simply forget people sometimes.

I've wished that a time or two myself, Krissy. It would be nice if we could just click a button and delete unpleasant memories...or copy and paste the good ones repeatedly! But our minds don't work that way. It'll get better, though, sweetie. Time doesn't necessarily heal all wounds, but it does lessen the pain. And in the meantime, find some music that lifts you up and makes you feel good - and then when you start feeling low, pop that music in and let it start to work! Or go out for a nice walk, or do something that you enjoy! It'll help take your mind off the negative. {{{BIG HUGS!!}}}

I think we all feel like that sometimes, Krissy. I agree with what Savannah recommended. Take some time to do some things you enjoy to help keep your mind of off things and to focus on the positive.

Thanks..Oh, I do that..It's been nice weather so i've been outside and stuff.Just the usually day sometimes you think of bad stuff. I do like listing to music.I've ebeen listing to ace of base a lot.

My friend I work with is just like you. He gets upset and dwells on the same thing even though it's not that big of a deal. I get that way a lot too.

I guess iam not alone.I always wanna fix stuff.(sometimes i guess you can't.You really need to let go)
