HYE had to swap from the piano to the organ in church during a service because several of the keys on the piano broke?(The mice got into the piano internal mechanisms last year and you can guess what happened...)

Eep! No - not because of that, but I change from the organ to the piano almost every week. (I play the organ for congregational singing, then when I'm scheduled for offertory, I go to the piano.)

I'm not quite sure what you mean, because here "honky-tonk" is the style you play on a piano, and can be played on any of them...it doesn't refer to a different kind of piano.
