What did you get for Christmas? I got a card from an aunt I haven't seen or talked to for over 20 years. I called my mum and asked her for my aunt Mary Ann's number to thank her. We talked for an hour, catching up. My boss gave me a Snap-On Multi-Tool set. He's a good boss. I asked him for a letter of recommendation because I decided to move back to Arizona to help my mom with my dad. His Alzhiemers is getting worse. My boss got on the phone and asked a contractor he knew if he could hook me up with a job in Arizona!
So I guess I got the best Christmas gift of all, I'm going home to be close to my family.

Joe, that is some exciting news for you! That is a wonderful thing that you're doing. I'm sorry your dad is getting worse. My mom is suffering from Alzheimers too. Neat that you'll be closer to family now, and be there to help her too. Good luck with the job hunt.

I got a beautiful watch from my parents for Christmas. loveheart

Hubby & I decided not to exchange this year and usually don't anyway. For us it's all about our boys and nieces and nephews. Smile

It was a lovely Christmas and it was wonderful being with my family! We just finished celebrating my dad's birthday too...he shares the day with baby Jesus! loveheart

Well I got few webkinz. Some barbies stuff a book. few movies/tv show DVD a music CD. one pjs & new printer. which, I didnt know, until today.

As for my new toys, I got a Kindle Fire that I wasn't expecting at all. Plus a new bag for my laptop, an electric griddle, and a heated massage seat for my office chair. The girls got me this yummy smelling Dark Choclate scented candle and some cologne.

My family doesn't give gifts as it has grown way to large for it to be feasible.

From friends I received a homemade New York style cheesecake, real maple syrup, pancake mix, a gingerbread figurine holding a large wooden spoon (inside joke), puzzles, and a cool butterfly light.

I got new decor for my newly painted walls, picture frames . Clay got me three of the Little House ornaments. (Big woods, Farmer Boy and The long winter)
I raided the $5 bin for Christmas cds earlier in December . I got Stephen Curtis Chapman, Faith Hill and Wilson Phillips.

I got Clay the headlight for his head and it didn't fit. ( He has a square head.) SO, he will take that back and get no doubt another flashlight of some kind. He is such a nerd. To each their own right?
