| Hello everyone! So, there is supposed to be a "BIG" snowstorm here in Michigan, that could be a good thing as we have only received an inch of snow this season! So, the question is, how much snow has everyone else seen? More than us I hope! This is what I am used to this time of year, it is BROWN outside! [url= | |

| We've had maybe six inches altogether, Aaron. There's still some on the ground, in patches. It was windy yesterday, and I was thinking what an odd thing it was to see leaves blowing across the yard in January. | |

I must agree, seeing blowing leaves is a bit odd. Worse than that, it makes watching the deer quite a bit harder. I had four doe's in my yard the other night, I could barely see them they blended in with the brown yard so well. The record for my yard is seven deer, and I live in town, and just off the main highway. My house is "just" country enough, having no sidewalks really helps too! I'll keep my fingers crossed Rob, your supposed to get up to 10" by Saturday! YEAH!

Yep, us too. We get snow, and only a really tiny amount, maybe once every 5-8 years or so.

My pastor is from Delaware, he said everything closes down for two inches of snow, I can't imagine! I both like, and dislike the snow, winter hasn't seemed right without it.

Yeah, here it's a really big deal if we get enough snow to stick to the ground. Last year we got like three or four inches, I think, and all the kids were sledding on garbage bags. It was neat-but kind of funny, too.

Not sure how many inches? I hope we don't get snow in. I want see Contraband this weekend. my favorite actor Mark Wahlberg is in it. I want see this movie. This weekend is gonna get cold. But, I like, we don;t have so much snow. Snow/cold weather bothers my right hip & back. My arthritis is worse in the winter time.

Aaron, I'm less than an hour away from you and this is what we got hit with last month (short lived, but did major damage...we lost about 8 HUGE branches total, it was so heavy). Sure was pretty though... I couldn't believe it when Savannah said you guys didn't get much of anything when we were covered in this stuff on our end! I am actually longing for the snow. I never thought I'd say that, but yeah...I miss it. Not to mention, my backyard becomes a mudpit for the dogs when the snow melts, so I'd rather it just stay here when it gets here. I'm actually thinking about raking up the leaves tonight that I didn't get to before the first snow hit. Who would ever think I could rake leaves in January?!

| It's nearly 50 degrees here, and I was outside washing windows just now. Never been able to do that in January before. | |

| ZERO...Zip.... Our leaves just changed about 4 weeks ago. You all need to come to Texas next Christmas, you will feel like you are having Santa come in the middle of summer. We haven't been down past 35 yet. But I have a feeling we will have a cold Feb. Its rained alot more the past month, but can't complain. Rain feels so funny when you haven't seen it but 6 times all summer. I sure hope next summer is better. It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are.
