My DVD Set

For Christmas this year I got the LHOP nine-season set from my mom and dad. My mom saw it in Target a month or two before Christmas and thought I'd really like it, so a few weeks later she went back to Target to buy it. They were all sold out. So she went on their website. They were all sold out there, too. She ended up buying the very last one at Sam's Club, but she was amazed that a 35 year old TV series was sold out so fast. Guess that means that there are still lots of Little House fans out there. Smile

I have seasons 1 and 2, then stopped buying them since I figured I'd just get the box set eventually. But so far that hasn't happened. Yikes

I have been borrowing the seasons from a generous friend though, so I still get my LH fill from time to time. Wink

They actually sold season 1 in our local Post Office back around Christmas 2010 and it was gone in about a week.

Hope I can have all the seasons and the movies in DVD...I have almost all of them in VHS, but they are beginning to get oldie...and they didn't sell LHOTP DVD in Argentina. Ranting

It is a good sign hearing all the sets were being sold out. I'm glad to hear your mom was able to get her hands on a set to give you for Christmas. Like Amy, I only have the first 2 seasons, and a couple of single episode DVD's. Luckily, if I want to get my fix, I can catch it on a couple channels on tv. Enjoy your DVD's!
