This reminds me of when my parent's little Pomeranian Mix, Sophie, jumped off their 1 1/2 story back deck a couple years ago. They face woods, and she saw an animal or something, and wiggled herself right through the slats and leapt! I guess she scrambled right to her feet and went chasing that animal, as if she hadn't just taken what could have been a flying leap to her death! Luckily, she was fine, but I insisted after that my parents put more slats on that dumb deck!!
