I am sad to read about his passing. He died from cancer. My condolences to his family.

Rob, that clip is great!! I never saw that one. I always enjoyed Family Fued....Richard creeped me out with all the kissing, lol, but he was a good guy and definitely funny. Hard to believe he was 79! May he rest in peace.

I remember Richard saying that they'd already taped a bunch of shows that day, and he was feeling very tired and goofy. So when the lady came out with "September," that was all she wrote.

ALL NEW! Don't know how this escaped all the blooper specials. Everyone who has seen those specials or is a long time viewer of Family Feud will remember the September incident. While not as wild, here is Richard Dawson completely losing his composure after hearing a zany answer. It doesn't seem like that bad an answer until you think about it... which is what Dawson probably did, which lead to a slow burn that culminated with him rolling on the floor by the faceoff podium!
