| Really?  I love Beethoven! I own a set of his complete works on CD! And that is great that you got to sing in Handel's Messiah... I have gone to see it a number of times (every Christmas season) and I absolutely love it. Another one of my favorites is Mendelssohn's Elijah. I just went to see that last February. I LOVE Handel's Messiah!! A choir that I was in sang the Messiah, and it was one of the most deeply moving experiences I've ever had in a choir. (It was also a LOT of work. 
But worth every minute of it.)
