| Ah, of course...I just mistook the word. Of course, an ant is another thing and cannot arm you too much.... But these kind of spiders are just awful. Tarantulas are not that big...but are worse than these, because they could kill you in a minute. The spider you posted above are not poissonous. They just could give you some high fever and chills, which is not agreeable, but at least you wouldn't die... . Vanesa. | |

| I know Vanesa, we have them in Arizona. I scoop them up from my pool deck quite frequently. They really won't bother you, but they just look fierce. "Albert, do you REALLY think you are old enough to know what love is?" "I must be Pa. I love you, I have for a long time." | |

I could be wrong, but I heard black widows are more poisonus than tarantulas. I don't like any kind of spider. I am really terrified of them. Everytime I watch The Brady Bunch where they were in Hawaii, I wonder what Chris Knight who played Peter thoughts were when they had a tarantula crawl on him. I would hyperventalate on the idea of one crawling on me. Dd Matthew's character die in the movie? I can't remember. I only saw the movie once and I don't plan on watching it again.

I don't know Spanky, I never watched the little gem, just a few scenes of it and that was enough.....

That was Michael's intent when he wrote the script. You don't see him die, but that was the message of the story. Just holding hands with Laura at the Keepsake tree at the top of the hill.
Goofy me. I meant if his character dies in the tarantula movie. I apologize for the error. The tarantula movie is one I do not plan onwatching again. It would give me nightmares.

No, goofy me, I never watched the whole thing and don't plan on doing so. I know he was bitten, whether he croaked or not I do not know.......Matt dying once is enough for me.......

Much more poisonous, Trantulas bite will make you a little sick, but far from deadly. The hairy little things just want to be left alone. Only spider I have ever seen here that can crawl over the edge of a pool, take a drink, and crawl right back out again. Most of them fall in and drown.

| Yes...Black Widows are awful. Here in Buenos Aires, we didn't have them , but my grandpa, who liked to tell me scaring stories, tell me that in some provinces (we call "States" as "provinces, in Argentina) you may find a black widow and she ould kill you in no time. He had lived in one of these provinces as a boy (since his father was a country doctor) and a friend of him died almost AT ONCE when a black widow bit him....(ugh) Vanesa. | |

| This website would be a very LONELY place without the Fifenator! "Albert, do you REALLY think you are old enough to know what love is?" "I must be Pa. I love you, I have for a long time." | |
