I was watching Who's the Boss yesterday Evening and was very surprised to See Almanzo (Dean Butler) to be on there, The Episode was a little disturbing but still very interesting and nice to see him play someone else then Almanzo, For those that have not seen the Episode i found it on youtube,

I have to say that Dean always seems awkward to me when he isn't playing Almanzo.

I used to watch Who's the boss. Don't remember him being on there. But, I really didn't paid attention to actors name, when I was child.
I'll have to watch that episode later on.

I thought he seemed a lot like Almanzo in that Love Boat episode.

I think that's the problem for me, Lori. Almanzo is shy and reserved. I didn't think that worked well for his Love Boat episode character. Dean didn't seem quite comfortable in that role. If my Diva sisters could hear me now.

I have met Dean Butler twice. I didn't get a chance to chat much with him this year at Laurapalooza but in 2010 the Divas took him out to dinner and I had a moment or two of his time just to chat alone. He is a very quiet and reserved man, just like Almanzo in the show. He is always respectful of others and always has a kind word to say.

The expression of his eyes makes just clear the way he is.

I never missed Who's the Boss when it aired and remember that episode well, Jacob. I was surprised that he could actually sing!

He can definitely sing. He told the divas once that he had a hard time sounding awful singing Brenda Sue's song in Divorce, Walnut Grove Style. He's been in some musical theater productions too.

Why did he have to sing badly? That wasn't really the issue, it was he was singing the song she wrote and the words. It would have been nice to hear him sing nicely.

I'm not sure, but they wanted him to sound totally off-key.
