Malware?!

Just had this warning flash up while trying to read a thread on this forum...um, has anyone else had this on this forum?

On other sites, but never here.

I have never had that problem on this site!!!!

I usually get that well pop ups on some file sharing sites,i've learned to stay off of.

Rob, I don't think it's funny. Like the others I had the same message when clicking on the Jail thread.

I was smiling as a defense mechanism to conceal my horror.

Joe, nobody said that the issue itself is funny. But around here we're bound to find some kind of humor in almost any thread. (Life is the same way - sometimes you just have to find *something* to laugh about or we'll end up bitter cranks. ) And Fife would give his own mother a spelling ticket. Circumstances be hanged! The law must be upheld!

As for the malware alert, that's why the board wouldn't let that smiley be posted - it detected the malware and eliminated the smiley before it could cause any harm (other than Rob getting panned)...BUT some of the malware detecting programs in our computers would still read it as being there because the link had originally been in the post. The board's filter already took care of the problem, so there's nothing to worry about.

For a minute, I thought I was in trouble. Cause, I didn't post any other sites in the jail thread. Glad, it's taking care of.
