Thank you!!! I have been teaching for ten years and last year was the first time EVER I recieved a Unsatisfactory.

Last year was horrid. I was supposed to get another formal observation and that never happened. But what DID happen was me being informally observed a couple of times that were the utmost worst times ever!! One was done by the new AP (not the one who observed me just now) and he is just a negative Nellie. One of my kids was about to freak out and he told me afterwards that I should have let her freak out. Um... and be given a U rating for NOT doing anything??? I don't think so!!

You can't win with some people!

What I do like about my immediate supervisor now is that the positives are CLEARLY spelt out. Last year I had to ask my principal if there was ANYTHING I did that she DIDN'T find fault with. That should never happen.
