| I've been reading everything I could find about the LHOTP tv show, and wowee am I am thrilled to find this forum! I read the book series years ago, but admit I find the tv show more enjoyable.
I'm a city woman but a pioneer woman at heart, although a bit of a cheater: I prefer to be a pioneer woman with money, like the Olesons. Hence, my favorite character is Nancy, who was never as mean as Nelly, but a handful just the same.
I look forward to posting here and reading all the wonderful recollections/opinions of the story lines. I'm happy to "meet" you all.

| Yes, they do, I have previously said, I thought the writers must have been confusing LHOP with Criminal Minds or Law and Order...killing animals, apathy, almost killing someone, narcissism, etc. When she wasn't redeemed after Nellie left, I felt it was a lost cause. | |

You must be thinking in what Charles said to Albert and Cassandra when they told to Charles how mean was Nancy, their new classmate : "...You must wait until she get married...Perhaps she becomes a good girl after that fact". As you may have noticed, Sue - you won't find many people who agree with your assessment of Nancy & Nellie. However - you WILL find that you'll still be just as welcome here.
