Now, before I really begin, I want to clarify that this is all in good fun. I don't want any of my board friends to cower in fear because of this. So with the knowledge that this is meant as a joke, and all in good fun, I continue with:
THE WORLD IS ENDING!
Since the 21st is the end of the world, I thought it only appropriate that our prairie family throw one final, once in a lifetime, never-again-to-be-had board party. That's right! Tonight is our End of the World party - and YOU are invited! Bring your favorite snacks (CHOCOLATE is a must!), pets are welcome, and you may feel free to divulge your deepest secrets, since tomorrow - maybe even tonight! - is THE END. (Those of you who live in different parts of the world, please refrain from bursting our dramatic bubble by pointing out that it's already the 21st where you live. )
So come join us tonight! Fair weather our foul, the party is on!

Looks delicious! I don't want to eat anything really heavy, just in case my soul has to do a lot of upward flying. Probably not much chance of that, though.
