I love this! Turn your sound up for the beautiful music! Full screen is fantastic, as well....
The guy flying the 3 kites is in his 80s, and he's from Canada . He comes to the Washington State International Kite Festival every year. His skin is like leather as he normally flies with his shirt off. He is deaf, so when he flies we hold our hands up and wave them for applause. He flies 2 with his hands and the 3rd one is attached to his waist. Enjoy!
You must watch to the end to see the amazing landing of that last kite! I would have those kites so tangled up, you could never get them separated again! And of course, make sure the volume is turned up because the music is wonderful and totally reflects the soaring of the KITES. Beautiful.

I have to say that was amazing! I can barely fly one kite let alone multiple kites. Reminded me of airplane show the planes doing tricks.

I'll be honest. I thought I was going to get through maybe one minute of this video when I saw that it was 5 minutes of kite flying. But holy cow, that is captivating!! He literally has a choreography going. What a talent! I couldn't believe the people that were just walking obliviously! I wonder if he has this music playing as he's flying. It seems to be choreographed to it. Thanks for sharing this Rhonda!
And how neat...a lot of 80 year old guys would be sitting around watching TV at this point in their lives. But he is out there enjoying life. Good for him! (although he needs a shirt and sunscreen! ).
I have to post it though....I read this post title and immediately thought of one thing.

Amazing to watch! I enjoyed Mary Poppins, too.
Spring is finally here, the lovely pink blooms on the "spray" tree outside my window are gone leaving a beautiful willow.
