| Who here just loves Nellie?
I loved her right from the start even when she is rude and not nice. LHOTP would not be the same without her! “It was a huge shock when it came and very excited“ This was the duchess of cambridges take on how she felt when William proposed during their official engagement interview with ITN reporter Tom Bradby. There was a real giggle at the end. Cute.

| God willing, I will be going to NY this weekend to go see her show. I'll be going to Saturday's show (she's also having a show this Friday). In fact, she just added a 3rd show for next Tuesday! I wish I can stay in NY longer but duty calls! | |

| Cool, Jules! We'll look forward to a full report! I love Nellie... as a character. Sure wouldn't want someone like that in my life, though. | |

| I've met her twice. Alison is really a great girl. The first time I met her she had just left her home with the California forest fires just behind her house. She showed us pictures that she had taken with her camera. We were almost afraid that she wouldn't be able to make the event, but she was there. The next time I met her was last summer at Laurapalooza. She was there all weekend and was available to talk and also did her show for us, very funny stuff. She was only too glad to oblige when I suggested that we pose like this! | |

| Forget it. Change of plans. Looks like I won't be going after all. Non-refundable plane tickets...money lost! I'm too upset to get into it now...so just forget I said anything. | |

| I liked Nellie when she married Percival and became nice. I didn't like her until season 6. She did make the show interesting by being mean. Nancy is the one I can't stand. I often wonder if it was Michael Landon's decision to write Nellie and Percival out by having them move to New York or if Alison Arngrim decided to leave the show. Jules, I'm so sorry you didn't get to on your trip to New York. | |

I wonder that too! Nancy is a good actress and does have a good part in the show but i think she is a bit annoying or maybe we are just thinking that because we are putting her next to nellie? “It was a huge shock when it came and very excited“ This was the duchess of cambridges take on how she felt when William proposed during their official engagement interview with ITN reporter Tom Bradby. | Great article! I liked what Alison said about German fans: "They don't think Nellie is mean. They just think she's French."

| I'm sure it will be something light and gay, whatever it is! "Albert, do you REALLY think you are old enough to know what love is?" "I must be Pa. I love you, I have for a long time." | |

| ITA! The show would not be the same. It was great when she was mean, and it was great when she was nice. Some of my all-time favorite LHOTP quotes are from Nellie. My mom and I just DIE when she cooks at her restaurant. Our favorite is in "He Love Me, He Loves Me Not, pt 2," when the customer complains about the bread being "not even warm," and Nellie says, "Well, it will be after you swallow it!!"
Her "Confessions" show is a riot, too. And her book if wonderful.
