| Hello, ok so this is slightly embarrassing but I will come to the point I am not overweight in fact lots i'm quite slim apart from my tummy! Now let me explain everything. I used to have a flat tummy I used to have to tighten all my trousers and I used to like the way I looked. But recently I have got a very flabby tummy Its not the kind of tummy you get when you pregnant its sort of like someones fulled me with water. I squeeze my tummy and I get this big bulge of fat and when I bend down it sort of all drops to the front. I'm getting worried because I used to be able to see my feet when I looked down and now I can't I'm trying to cut back on my food but it just really isn't working. I have started to make sure I run up and down the stares instead of walk. But I'm feeling really self conscious I'm not tightening my trousers at all now because If I do I get a roll of watery fat just above them. I cant where tight tops anymore because you see all my wobbly tummy. I'm seeing a friend in 28 days that I haven't seen in a long time and I really don't want to have a big tummy. I could just cry because Its like the rest of me just doesn't fit with my tummy. Please help. but please don't say stop eating because that's impossible. Thanks. extra info. I started drinking more water 1 week ago but stopped and went back to just 3 glasses a day to see if that helped but it didn't. Its sort of like when I eat my tummy gets really big then when I go to the Loo it goes back to still fat but not the way it used to be. I haven't changed my diet. And I'm not due my monthly cycle. “It was a huge shock when it came and very excited“ This was the duchess of cambridges take on how she felt when William proposed during their official engagement interview with ITN reporter Tom Bradby. There was a real giggle at the end. Cute. | |

| Sounds like you need to work your core. That is the middle part "inside" you that helps keeps things all together. When I was growing up, that is one thing my mom taught us girls. She always told us, "When you stand up, suck in your stomach, when you sit, keep it sucked in, when you walk, suck in your stomach." I always thought she was crazy, but to this day, I still do that and the only time I had a 'belly' that hung over, was when I was pregnant and it went right back into shape afterwards, because I had it trained to be sucked in. I can look around at young girls these days and they all seem to have 'bellies' that hang out over their pants and it is because they never learned how to build the muscle core up. Keep eating healthy and make it a lifestyle.............Look up core exercises on youtube and see if any of them help, and from this point on, try to hold that stomach in, whether you are sitting, standing or walking. Good Luck! CANCER FREE!!! April 9, 1998-April 9, 2023-I AM A SURVIVOR!!! | |

Thank you very much. That's very helpful. Can I just ask how long should it be before i see any difference? “It was a huge shock when it came and very excited“ This was the duchess of cambridges take on how she felt when William proposed during their official engagement interview with ITN reporter Tom Bradby.
