Three days ago. I paid $2.59 for a can of pork & beans that I could've gotten for $1.59 if I'd been willing to drive a couple extra miles.

WWTLTY got pulled over by a cop?

I'm a non-driver so never, really, but they did turn up at my house last year investigating a murder (which is pretty rare here). Apparently my house lies near the escape path of the perp, but I didn't know anything. They got the guy in the end.

Well, that's good. Murder's quite rare where I live, too. I think we've had one in the last 30 years.

My card charges are always pretty clear.

I don't remember the last time I gave up on a book for good. I often start one, then put it down and pick it up and finish it several months (or years) later.

Not sure I ever argued with one, but we used to have neighbors who played loud music at all hours, and I often called them to tell them to turn it down.

It's been years. I was really into Super Mario Brothers when Nintendo came out with it in the late '80s, but I haven't played any games for a long time.

Once I ordered a hamburger, and it arrived with no burger. Just buns and ketchup. I would've been a real wimp not to send that back.
