I made this wood burning of horse. I'm not a good drawer. What I did. Get a picture from online printed it out. Go back to the art room. Use graphite pencil darkened the whole backside all black from graphite pencil. Get a wooden board. (Someone else cuts in size.)
Place the picture facing up Trace the paper with pencil. After done. Lift the paper. The drawing on the wooden board. Erase any graphite pencil been left. Then use wood burning. To burn the horse. Use color pencils different shades of brown on the horse. eyes are blue. nostril is black, pupil is white.

Here's my other art work. It's barrel of apples. I use buttons, gems, & glitter. (Also paint it first.)

I just realized it's sideways at my work, in the hallway. If, I can reached it. I can make it the right way. If I can't. I'll have someone else do it for me.

Melissa, You have a talent! The wood burning is really nice, and the buttons are such a neat way to use everyday things in art. Keep it up, good work!
