Very Entertaining! 100 great quotes from the movies!
"Albert, do you REALLY think you are old enough to know what love is?" "I must be Pa. I love you, I have for a long time."

There are some others that I think should be included in that list over some that were on this one. But for the ones that are on this list, my favorites are:
"May the force be with you" "If you build it, he will come" (probably because I am a big Star Wars fan and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE "Field of Dreams") "Gentleman, you can't fight in here. This is the war room" (that is one of my all-time favorites) "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn"
Now, the GWTW quote is probably my all-time favorite. I think that is due to Clark Gable's delivery of it. It is delivered so perfectly that it really is like he does NOT care at all! In the novel it was just "My dear, I don't give a damn". Isn't it amazing how adding that one word, adding "frankly", changed the whole sound of the statement? It makes it more powerful. At least I think so.
Who's going to do the cooking?!?!

When I took a film class in high school the teacher had a poster of the 'Top Movie Quotes' hanging on the classroom wall- I loved looking at it! I remember my first time seeing Citizen Kane, and when I finally found out what 'Rosebud' meant, it helped me better understand the film

Here's an interesting point about Citizen Kane. On his deathbed, he murmurs "Rosebud," and the little snow globe slips from his hand and breaks on the floor. The nurse comes into the room when she hears it and finds him dead. Soooo, since she only came in after he died, and no one else seemed to be there, how did anyone know that "Rosebud" was his last word?

you know, I've seen Citizen Kane a couple of times, and I honestly never noticed that! Interesting that you point that out... now I'm going to be thinking about that

If I remember rightly, I read that in an article. I'm not observant enough to notice it myself. Here's the scene, if anyone's wondering...
