Good day turns into bad :bawl:

I was having a great day today, until i got home. My husband and i picked our boys up from the sitter. We were on our way home, turning into our driveway when we were hit =(.

Everyone is ok. I have a goose egg now and a sore back. But it looks like our car is totaled and we only have 1 car Just needed to vent a little. Thanks.

I am so sorry to hear that, Edwina! That is horrible, but I am glad everyone is ok. That stinks, that it happened right in front of your own house.

Did the people that hit you have insurance? I hope they did and you get another vehicle as quick as possible.

I am glad everyone is ok, but from working for an attorney for 4 years now, I hope you got a police report and all the insurance exchanged. With a goose egg on your head and a back that is hurting, you will end up with some doctor bills and THEY are the ones that need to pay for it all.....Seek the advice of an attorney...............

The police came and took a report. They have all the insurance info. I feel bad for the guy that hit us. He HAD just graduated from high school, so he couldn't be more than 17 or 18.

oh, kinda cute side note. When the paramedics where asking my 3 1/2 year old if he was ok, he kept saying "the car is broken" and then my 3 1/2 year old just smiled at everyone =)

How did the accident happen exactly? Was that young man driving fast?

we are still unsure of all the details. it could go either way; my husbands fault or the young boys. and thank you all for everything
