Umm...Doesn't bananasa have natural sugar? I mean eating one Banana is more healthy then eating bars mars.

It is the healthy natural kind of sugar compared to processed & unhealthy GMO sugar found in candy bars. Bananas are so healthy in so many ways. I love 'em! grinsmiley

I like Bananas more than Mars bars. Yuck with mars bars. Bananas gives you Potassium and other vitamins. That reminds me, I wonder, if we still have bananas left. I'll have to eat some.

I honestly don't eat anymore candy unless it is organic chocolate or organic buttercups that are like Reeses. Organic tastes so much more yummy! grinsmiley

For those of you that don't know, this is the PROPER way to peel a banana. If you didn't know, don't feel bad! I peeled them incorrectly for a lot of years. Peeling them this way is much easier and avoids breaking the stem off. TRY IT! YOU'LL LIKE IT!
