| I'm a meat eater. We just started doing Meatless Monday's at home though just to break things up. So far we've done, spaghetti with marinara sauce, spaghetti squash with marinara sauce (we all loved this, except for Devin), cheese stuffed pasta shells, cheese ravioli, and homemade mac and cheese. Tonight we are going to have fettucini alfredo and next week, homemade veggie pizza is on the menu.
It's not necessarily healthier with all of the cheese we've been eating, but it's fun and breaks things up a bit.

Try Manicotti with spinich and riccotta cheese.....pour marinara sauce over it....... That sounds really good! I have a mac and cheese recipe, that I made only once, and then completely forgot about it. It was really good too. Even Devin, my non-veggie eater ate it and ate the spinich. But this was like 10 years ago, so who knows now, lol. I want to try it again though, and he can just pick it out. I also cut out this spaghetti pie recipe that I want to try. You mix spaghetti noodles with a ricotta cheese mixture, put the mixture in a pie pan, then top it with sauce and cheese and bake it. It looks really good.

| I'm a meat eater too, but in our cafeteria at university I go as a vegetarian, since you never know what's in whatever they call meat (I go for dog food :)) |

| I went with meat eater, but I eat a lot more veggies than I used to before I went to the hospital. Peas and carrots is probably my favorite veggies, and a good medium-rare steak for meat. | |

| My nephew gave up meat about a year ago. He was always kind of a sickly kid, prone to every cold or flu bug that went by. But since going vegetarian he hasn't been sick once. | |
