I watched the episode of The Waltons today called "The Last Mustang".  Wayne Heffley (Kennedy on LHotP) guest starred as a small business owner in Rockfish who captured a mustang and tried to keep him in a pen to drum up business.  Also guest starring in this episode was Alan Fudge, who played the campaign manager for the man who was running for sheriff and handing out favors in return for political support.  Fudge had a recurring role on 7th Heaven as Lou, the president of the church board.

Isn't it neat to find stars appear in another program other than the one you are used to seeing them in? Good find John! Thumbsup

Alan Fudge also guest starred in a LHOTP episode. He guest starred as a farmer who convinced the farmers in Walnut Grove to grow corn instead of wheat.

I always remember Alan Fudge from an episode of MASH. He played a bombardier who believed he was Christ.

The actor who plays Drew, Elizabeth's boyfriend also played one of the Laraby boys on LHOP.

Yes, Alan Fudge also played Joseph Coulter on the LHotP episode "Money Crop". It's funny that as I was watching that episode of The Waltons today, I kept thinking he looked familiar. At first, I thought, "Is that Lou from 7th Heaven? I know he looks familiar." And then I got to thinking, "No, I think he was on Little House. Wait, yes, I think he was the guy who crashed his wagon, talked to the rocking horse, and tried to keep the crows away from the seed corn. That's who it is, not Lou from 7th Heaven." It just didn't occur to me that he played both parts. Of course, there was a difference of more than 20 years.

I watched an episode of The Waltons last night called "The Ceremony" about a Jewish family that moves to Walton's Mountain. This guy starred in it, and he was so good, that it was only half way through it when I finally realized who it was. He had a European accent that was incredible. I've been watching The Waltons for about two weeks now, and it seems that every other night, a Little House Guest Star pops up on it............................

I watched that a while back. I've been re-watching the DVDS. I noticed that too. This is such a good show. Thumbsup
