The annoying neighbors had a party last night. They were so freaking loud. Blasting music & Drinking. Pretty much acting stupid. They ship there kids there grandparents house whenever they do this. ( Over heard them talk) My mother said she can't call the police on them because if she does they might start being nasty. Last time she did on others they were.

Ugh! That IS annoying! You're not their only neighbors, are you? If your mom calls the police, there's no reason the nasty neighbors have to know the call came from your house.
