Were you there Rhonda? It doesn't look like a big crowd which is bad for business but great for the fans to be able to talk to the cast and other guests.

No, Marilyn, I did not make it, although I am only 30 miles from there. From all the pictures that LIW Historic Home and Museum took, it looks like they had plenty of people there. They said their facebook page gained over 10,000 likes in one day, so you know people were talking about it.

What fun! I am really glad they are trying to preserve Pa's history in music.

From the Laura Ingalls Wilder Historic Home and Museum face book page.
"Published on Oct 13, 2014 A new home for Pa's Fiddle. Charles "Pa" Ingalls fiddle is displayed at Laura Ingalls Wilder Homes and Museum. Plans are in place for a new museum/library building to house the writings and family treasures belonging to Laura and her daughter, Rose Wilder Lane and other members of their family. Donations to help with the building can be made at http://www.lauraingallswilderhome.com... through a secure shopping cart. Laura loved her pa's fiddle and the music he played for the family. She was given his fiddle when he passed away and it has been kept safe among her possessions all of these years. Thank you for helping us build a new home for Pa's Fiddle."
