| Ya...I'm watching it too. I grew boobs watching this show....sorry being honest. I was WAY to young to watch this, but I did. Larry looks great! Wish Victoria was coming back tho. Thanks for the reminder!
I've toured that house...its not as big as it looks with cameras using long shots. Its a 4 bedroom ranch house. It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are. Not a lack of churches or religious forms but of the real thing in our hearts. LIW.....Words From a Fearless Heart

| SO, what did you think? Anyone watch this?? I thought it was great! LOVED the opening music and shots of Dallas. I knew Jordana would be great. I first watched her on ATWT as a teen. She has alot of talent. Linda Grey.....wonderful. She just walked right back into the role. I noticed they aren't using such longshots in filming the house this time. I think thats best. Not liking that Bobbie is sick....but like that they are putting real issues in among the Ewings. JR....well, I was sure the weight of his eyebrows was keeping his eyes closed in the scene with he and John Ross. Nathan came through the room at about that time and said: " I want to grow those!" I told him it would take a stiff drink, stiff comb and a dab of brylcreem. That would look awful with his Johnathan Garvey beard right now!! agh!
Rob, I think the wide shot was used on Lucy. She's so short they didn't have a choice. She looked as spunky as ever. Ray was one of my favorites too! Hope to see more of them both. | I watched it. Liked the plot.....Good old JR......The Harriet Olsen of Dallas! He is still as mean as ever, and his son is going to carry on the tradition. The last shot in The Dallas Cowboy Stadium was cool! "Albert, do you REALLY think you are old enough to know what love is?" "I must be Pa. I love you, I have for a long time."

| Are you kidding! Nine out of ten movies they make are junk and television is too busy trying to figure out what kind of new REALITY show to come up with...... and you are absolutely right! | I just got around to watching the 1st episode of Dallas. LOVED seeing the painting of Jock and Ellie. I wonder what they did with the huge painting of Jock? That was impressive too. So far I love Anne. She seems to be such a great match for Bobby. Can't wait til Wednesday again!! It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are. | I saw part of it today on TNT. Did Bobby marry Anne on the old show, or is she someone new? He was originally married to Pam, right?
And I wonder why Victoria Principal didn't come back.

| I don't know when Bobby married Anne. I'm not sure I watched it the last season...I had started dating myself at that point. She looks familier though, what has she been on? Yes, he was married to Pam a few times. I haven't heard why Victoria didn't come back, didn't get to see the special interviews they had on after the 1st episode.
Looks like Rebecca and her brother are going to be a few to watch out for.....
OH, was the maid the same one that played Teresa on the series? She is now playing Elenia's mother..? It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are. Not a lack of churches or religious forms but of the real thing in our hearts. LIW.....Words From a Fearless Heart

I just checked Wiki, and it said that Victoria left the show after the 1987 season, so maybe she just didn't figure into any stories that would work in the present. Also, it said that her skin care company, Principal Secret, has racked up over $1 billion in sales. I guess she didn't need the Dallas money.

| I watched some of the beginning. Not to sound like a prude, but the first time we meet Christopher Ewing, he's talking business and then tries to go for a romp with his girl in the women's locker room. I'm tired of how sexualized everything has become. Granted, Dallas and Dynasty had those elements originally, but it's too much of a focus these days. I'm not sure when I started sounding like my mother, but it's very scary. | |

| I've been waiting for this since last summer. I watched it last week and enjoyed it. I haven't watched last night's episode, yet. I'm glad that Patrick, Larry and Linda are a part of this, otherwise I wouldn't have watched. | |

| I agree, Cheryl. We truly don't need more sex on tv. Although, I'm hoping the storyline is more than who slept with who. In the '80's it was the dirtiest show on tv. Hate to say we may be immune to some of that now, but I think we are. There are some topics I may very well turn it off because of....so we shall see.

| Heidi and I had our popcorn Dallas night. I knew Rebecca was pregnant....but TWINS! wow!! Thats one way to boost the Ewing population. John Ross has gotten himself in a heap of trouble...... Poor Anne....I hope she talks to Bobby soon about her little girl. Its good....LOVED seeing Lucy again. She looks better with the straight hair...wonder if it was extensions.... Harris....aka Mr. Clean is going to make me mad yet! I still would like to see Ted Shackelford come back and maybe join forces with Bobby. I think he was last on a soap...Y&R??
