| Hi everyone! Susie told me about this site and invited me over to join. I'm excited to be here! :woohooo: I've been posting on Prairiefans since the spring and enjoy sharing videos, discussing topics, and anything about lhop. On the other site, I've created word searches of all the Lhop episode titles by season. Some of you have probably already seen them, but some oo you probably have not, so I'll post the first season along with a ditty I wrote containing the titles you are looking for embedded in a story. Happy hunting There once were two country girls Who liked to wear their hair in curls One day they decided to go on a 100 mile walk Just to see the world and talk
They met up with a circus man along the way Who told them it was Founder’s Day He was hurrying along with a doctor’s lady Who at first looked kind of shady
With them was a little girl who seemed so sad and down And that was the last thing they wanted to see was a child of pain with a frown So they smiled at her and tried to be nice Hoping their cheery ways would entice Just a slight grin from that face of doom But instead, she turned away as if they had the plague, they presumed
Suddenly, the woman spoke so soft and clear “Please forgive Cassandra, for she really is quite a dear We’ve been having a family quarrel about keeping an unusual pet A wild animal mind you that if we kept we would regret”
The man continued the story, “We’ve tried to talk reason with her But the raccoon she nicknamed ‘spunky’ really caused a stir” The little girl began to whimper and soon those whimpers turned into moans The man looked at her sternly and said, “You should have listened to the voice of Tinker Jones.”
“Who is Tinker Jones?” the country girls asked Hoping for an answer that would lead to this ‘mystery man’ being unmasked The little girl complied by telling them it was a family friend “Wild animals should remain in the wild is what he always would recommend
Spunky didn’t mean to eat all the food at Mr. Edward’s Homecoming And he certainly didn’t mean to mess with Mrs. Miller’s hair until it was unbecoming And just because he interrupted the reverend during his ’If I should Wake Before I Die” sermon Well, that shouldn’t make his life with us so very uncertain I know he ran across the organ during the Lord’s Prayer But those that were reciting ‘The Lord is My Shepherd…’ really didn’t seem to care
The woman interrupted, “Now shush child. Again, I tell you a wild animal belongs in the wild” “You say that no one seemed to care!? “Boy have you lightened the story beyond compare!” Let’s just say it boils down to a matter of survival And our harvest of friends have dwindled since that little creatures arrival”
The man seemed to have a kinder heart “I know it was tough on you to see your little buddy depart Believe me, he is now happy as a lark We found him a good home at that wildlife park”
Just then one of the country girls spoke up “Would you be interested in a little pup?” The little girls eyes brightened and she wanted to know more Her mother’s face seemed to lighten and not be so hardcore
“We know of a man who saved a litter of puppies That were thrown into the river like a school of little guppies If it wasn’t for the Love of Johnny Johnson you see These 6 puppies just would simply no longer be”
“Our mom is the school mom and during school one day Johnny Johnson came to town and tried to give the pups away He offered them up as the award for prizes at our town party, country party event And all of the dogs found homes, all but the smallest one went”
The man asked, “Well, why doesn’t he keep the last one for his own?” Well, he doesn’t want to spend another Christmas at Plum Creek all alone His field of wheat brought in a money crop, leaving him humming a happy tune And he’s leaving for greener pastures before the end of June”
Just then the little girl looked at her mom as sincere as sincere can be “I know it’s Ma’s Holiday…” she began “But could we just have a look-see?” Her mother knew just what that meant and soon the fivesome were on their way Without a care in the world, all cherry, happy, and gay
Here is the word search with 24 titles! https://servimg.com/view/11516675/1Thanks, Paula |

Hey Paula, the picture under your name is your Avatar so in your profile you have to click on Avatar. The character sheet are for role playing games, See the Role Playing section in the playground. There are also rules for the Avatars.... they can't be big as the one you have. Check out the Announcements section where it talks about Avatars... I believe it's 150 W by 200 H. | |
