| I liked this episode. My only thoughts are, if WG elected a mayor, we should have seen more of him throughout the rest of Season 9.

| It's not like this epie is a favorite, but I really does round out season 9 well. It's one of those epies that actually could happen, unlike Blanche or Rage. I think it's a keeper. “Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.”

| This is a good episode, but it's inconsistent unless I misunderstood something. Didn't Mrs. Oleson find the bond in the Hanson house? But didn't the Hanson house become the blind school, which we all know burned down in season 6? I'd have Mrs. Oleson find the bond somewhere else -- hidden somewhere in the school/church maybe? | |

Yes, you are absolutely right about that John. That's why Season 9 bugs me so much. How could anyone involved in the show write a storyline that includes a building that burnt down 3 seasons ago? Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. | |

| Hmmm. I've never tought about it! Yes! Hanson' house has burned away...So...how could they find these papers THERE??? We may keep it...But making a lot of changes...And, by the way..Did Hansons really LIVED right in this house? I've never seen him there. The only person I 've seen living there BEFORE his death was Mr. Pike..Maybe did Mr. Hanson rents this house to him and he lived in other house? Yes; to sloppy. Vanesa. | |

| And you just brought up another inconsistency--how could Pike live in the same house with Lars? We don't really ever see Lars outside of town, so who knows if he rented it out or if he lived there. Either way, it sure is a big house for one guy.

| No; my point was different. I was saying that maybe Lars owned the big house, but rented it to Mr. Pike and he just lived in some other Walnut Grove house...
