Well.......I'm sure they taste fabulous - but the sodium content is out of this world. One six inch sub sandwich contains between 1,200 and 2,000 milligrams of sodium. (The entire amount of sodium a person should have all day) .....and since high blood pressure runs in my family, I try to watch the sodium levels pretty carefully. Cool

McDonald's, Taco Bell and all of the other fast food chains are the same way - so I'm not just picking on subs. LOL

I don't eat at fast food restuarants either because of the sodium, cholesterol, and fat contents..........very unhealthy.

That's exactly why I eat healthy because we only live once. My Dad suffered a stroke back in the 90's, he was a very healthy man but HBP runs in his family. Hence, I eat healthy and exercise daily.

I do exercise, I just gotta eat better, but sometimes you just have to have something. At least I do.

I know the feeling. I used to drink soda everyday, now I drink none. You really feel the difference once you start eating healthy.
