What was your New Year's resolution? Well Mine were go to church evrey sunday No i did't keep it cause it was to icy one sunday and Read in the Bibel evreyday I have kept that one yet too and Exerise more and lose some Pounds and Yes to those as well I have excerise more i use to Run/Walk on the Threadmill for 20 min now i do 30 min and i'm thinking doing more min's yet and i have lost about 10 pounds already not from running on the threadmill of course but i did some thing else :woohooo: I plan to lose more yet but only time will tell if i will lol

Mine is to tone my body. I know I'll NEVER br my pre-pregnancy weight again so I want ot turn my fat into muscle.

:fyi: The misconception of toning your body is not seeing your weight go down. Since muscles weighs more than the fat, your weight will actually go up instead of down. Wink

I didn't make many resolutions - To read my Bible every day again this year.......to pray more for others......I want to pray for others in the same way that I hope for them to pray for me. Basically, character resolutions.

Well Lily it's True Weight is only Numbers lol I Remember i read somewhere that Fat Peopel Like me who Excerise are Heathry and Skinny Like Savannah lol ROTFL
