Does anyone else beside me find those "Cheer" commercials with that lady hilarious! You know the ones? "They have a case of the dingies!"

I got inspired from Gin's commercial thread and posted this one about commercials that you love.
Here is one I don't get tired of.

I love the one that has the guy singing about his identity being stolen. It's a credit report series of commercials. There have been several of them so far; one of him working in a seafood restaurant, he's in a car in another one and the first one I saw him in was were he was singing about his wife having bad credit so they live in her parents' basement. It is so funny because the drummer is in the bathroom drumming. The door gets shut and then he swings it back open and continues to drum.
Where did you look at on YouTube to find commercials?

Some of you may or may not remember these candies, but the corny commercials are worth a look for a laugh.
I'd forgotten about the video game themed commercial for Bubblicious. I guess it was pretty cool...back then. Whatchamacallit bars were pretty good. The one for Big Chew gum is so tramatically action packed. LOL!

Some of those commercials sure bring back memories. Good old Rosie and Bounty paper towels.

I was hoping the 5th Avenue commercial would be the 50's themed one (probably from when Happy Days was popular). That's the only 5th Avenue commercial I remember. "Is it the crunchy peanut butter? ..."

The first one I thought of was "Madge" and Palmolive. Good ol' Madge. Neat site, LM---thanks for sharing!

Hi, Amy.
I was looking for Madge, too. I used to like her. Oh, and while shopping a couple of weeks ago, I was looking at cereal and thought of Franken Berry and Count Chocula cereal...wondering if they were still made. When I saw the commercial on the site, I had to watch it. LOL! I remember how I used to like the Alka-Seltzer commercials with Speedy.
My Mom said when I was little, just a toddler, I wanted a Pilsbury Doughboy ( I simply called him a Doughman), and she told me that if she got me one of the dolls, he wouldn't move about like the one on TV. I told her that he would, so she found one of the dolls for me. I wasn't very happy. He wouldn't move or talk. LOL! Mother knows best. LOL!
I'm glad you enjoyed the site, and I'm happy to share it.

LOL, LM, he sure was a cute little thing, wasn't he? I loved the "hmm hmm" squeak sound he made when she pushed his belly in. I can see why you wanted him---great marketing, he always made me want to eat a biscuit or something.

LOL! Yep, a total cutie! I wanted him to dance on my kitchen table around a plate of biscuits or cookies. :shy: I would have enjoyed having him as my friend. LOL! I always loved the cute little laugh he has, too.
Always made you want to eat a biscuit or something? That's cute! :lol!:

Yep, either that or a loaf of bread! :haha:
The other 'vintage' commercial I wish they'd still play is the Budweiser Clydesdale and sleigh Christmas commercial...Rob posted that awhile back. I LOVED that ad! LOL! Did anyone see the new Bud ad with the Clydesdales during the Superbowl? That was kind of cute!

LOL! Silly!
Yeah, that older Bud/Clydesdale commercial was pretty cool. I just watched the new one on Youtube for Super Bowl 2009. It's okay,...not a fave. At least they used a fave song.

Had to dig this out....
Have you seen the Hallmark commercial with the military guy opening a book that his son sent him? He opens it and hears his son reading, "A Charlie Brown Christmas" to him and gets emotional as he listens.....I get choked up and almost have to get a tissue every time I see it......
