Biggest Loser~1-6-09

What happened to the red team? :think: I didn't see them all night.

Susie, Damien was voted off the week before, so the red team was not able to be re-united. Damien and his wife have lost alot of weight, though. They look really good.

Bye bye Joelle. I for one won't miss you at all!!! What a jerk.

And then when they showed an update............Joelle DID look pretty good. She has lost quite a bit of weight. Carla looked good too. But the way she acted toward Carla when they met at that little cafe, or whatever it was. What a witch Joelle was!! She obviously has issues!!!!!!!!! Carla is better off without her as a "friend."

Joelle, made me soooo mad! What was she thinking? I felt bad for Carla too. I'm with you, Teresa, she don't need friends like that.

I knew the pink team was going to be in trouble when they went and redecorated the gym. When you take you mind off what you are supposed to be doing, you lose track of the goal. I'm not saying that they didn't work out but their winning and lounging took their focus off of working hard. The others were all outside working hard and they were in there eating fruit. Big mistake. The brown team kept their focus, good job boys.

I hope that Ron is able to continue losing weight. I know that he's not able to work-out very much because of his knee and leg pain, but I was glad to see that he lost 7 pounds. His son, Mike, is doing well.

These contestants are really starting to look good. They have done so wel this season. I really like Tara. I was bummed when she didn't win the $$, but staying in the game is more important.
I felt really sorry for Ron's son/Mike's brother. He will feel so chubby now that they have lost weight. I just hope that he can learn some of what they have and begin to lose too.

That was a VERY good episode last night. I cried too when Michael and Ron walked into their home and saw their family. It was nice for them to be home for a week, to see what life is going to be like not being on the Biggest Loser campus.

I'm looking forward to this evening's episode.

Is anyone else still watching?
I feel sad for Mike. He feels bad that the brown team is going to be broken up after all this time together. But Ron doesn't feel so bad and is encouraging everyone to vote Mike to stay in the game.
It really doesn't matter to me who wins. I like all of them but I have been pulling for Tara the whole time so I guess I'd put my bet on her. I love Helen too so either one would be awesome.
Mike has learned soo much and is also deserving of the prize. Who knows. It would be cool to have The Biggest Loser be an 18 year old.

May the best contestant win. Can't wait for the finale! It's on my bday so I'll be celebrating with cake and ice cream watching.

Marilyn, yes, I'm still watching. I love this show!! Mike has been my favorite for a long time now. I just love this kid. He's 17 years old, and looks amazing now, after losing 164 pounds. I hope that his brother, Max, will be able to lose weight too. I like all of the remaining contestants, but I'm really pulling for Mike.

Wow, 164! I saw the first couple of episodes so I wouldn't mind seeing the finale and how far everyone has come......when is it?

It's next Tuesday evening. It starts at either 7:00 or 8:00 and is a 2 hour finale. I set my DVR for both Idol and The Biggest Loser on that night.

I just checked. The Biggest Loser will be on from 7:00-10:00, and Idol is on from 7:00-8:00. I didn't realize it was a 3 hour finale. That will be exciting!

I've been watching it some. I think this has been one of the better seasons. I hope Mike wins. He looks great. Tara would be my second choice.

Mike looked so small when he was standing next to his brother. I hope that both Ron and Mike can help him to lose weight and not feel like they are just preaching at him.
