I caught it....my mom called to let me know she was coming on. Nothing new or revealing for us true fans who have been following her. I guess it was inevitable that she would be next on the list for a tell-all book!

Again, I am not happy that they had to go there with MSA and Michael Landon. We all know Michael wasn't a saint. Why that has to be brought up in each interview is beyond me.

Oh, did they talk about MSA on this interview? Sorry, no time to check this now. I missed the first couple of minutes of the interview. But yeah, I agree Cheryl---you'd seriously have to be living under a rock if you didn't know ML wasn't a saint. I mean....let's move on people! I wish they'd find some more interesting questions to ask these actors!!!

Yes. Kathie Lee Gifford, who bugs me more and more each time I watch her interview people, responded to Hoda's question about who was the nasty one on the set. She's the one who brought up MSA's name--which again bugs me because she was so pleasant to MSA when she was making the rounds of the shows when her book came out--and then targeted Michael Landon. Hoda started in with the whole Michael made fun of a kid who stuttered bit, and then KLG had to mention his fooling around. Obviously, considering her husband's past, that is a big issue for KLG, but again, did we need to go there?

Cheryl, I missed that interview....I didn't realize she was interviewed twice! She was interviewed on the early morning Today show too. I agree with you....how ridiculous that the media has to 'go there' regarding a lot of this stuff. I mean, I know it is a 'tell all' book, but can't they find any other interesting things to talk about?! And honestly, I really just have a hard time with speaking ill of the dead. This is why I've never liked Michael Landon Jr., for slandering his father's name after his death, and so viciously at that. For one thing Michael is not here to defend himself (not that he even would, but still), and frankly I just find it 'inappropriate'. Just let the man rest in peace, you know?! Honestly, I wouldn't buy any of these 'tell all' books to find out the 'juicy dirt' on the actors or anything....I'm more interested on the behind the scenes and cool stuff that we haven't heard about yet.

I agree. That's the tough part of reading these things. Sometimes you find out stuff you would really rather not know.

Very true. I could have gone on in peaceful bliss thinking that Michael Landon was just like Pa, you know? Just like I never really wanted to know that the set in Simi Valley burned down. I would just like to live in my own little "Little House on the Prairie Euphoria".

I was off to buy Melissa S. Anderson's today....guess I'll have a collection before its over.
