Don't know what's up w/ the other board  You guys remember my post about going to see Grease at the Drive-In?? Well, this guy videotaped some stuff, I thought it was pretty neat and it makes me sad to know it's gone now The fireworks at the end were so awesome... I'm just really thankful of having the experience of seeing Grease that night... I'll never forget

That's really sad that it closed. I have some really great memories of old drive-in movies. My family would go once in a while, and my brother and I were so little that we'd always climb up in the back window of the car and fall asleep. :haha: I think Grease was one of the movies they saw.......and probably one of the Smokey and the Bandit movies. Most likely the first one. I was so little, I can't believe that I can remember that!
I'm glad for you that you have some great memories from the drive-in, Carol!

I've never been to a drive-in :( I would like to go sometime though, if I can find one around here. It sounds like fun, and I know you really enjoyed getting to see "Grease" Carol :) That must have been a great time!

We have a drive-in about 20 minutes from us. The boys go there sometimes and I guess the last time we went as a family was when Small Soldiers and Saving Private Ryan was on. They showed the Small Soldiers first and the kids watched part of SPR, but then fell asleep....it was a neat thing to do......maybe this would be a good business to open up............

There was a drive-in about 15 minutes away from our house, but it was just recently torn down so they could build a Kohls Department store..
