I'm not sure where to post a question about a technicality, so sorry if this is not the place to do this. I do not see the option for changing time zone in my profile. Am I just missing it?

Under profile, you'll see "preferences." If you scroll down that page a bit, you'll come to the time zone changer thingy (pardon the technical jargon).
