| My son Nathan will be traveling with his High School band tomorrow to the BIG APPLE! I have to deliver him at the school at 3:30 A.m. so that he can be bused to the airport at 4:00a.m. Need prayers for safe travels and safety while there. He will be preforming in the Lincoln Center Saturday evening and will be gone until next Tuesday. I told him I want a T-shirt and a photo of The New York Institute of Photography in which I studied under when I did my photography course. I will also be checking for tattoos and odd accents on arriving home. Thanks.....    It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are. | Well when my kids were as little as yours are now I said the same thing. They wean themselves as well as you as years go by....I'm nervous dont think I'm not....BUT....I know he wont learn about the world if I don't let him do some things. I'm sending him off with a prayer and strict orders to use his phone! It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are. | Well, just left the school. They checked his carry on before even going to the airport. The guy checking it told him he couldn't take bottled water and that he could give it to his sister. I thought that was pretty nice considering I didn't have much makeup on at 4 a.m.!
I cried all the way home. As soon as I hear he is on the ground I am taking a nap or I will be really ugly later today. It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are.
