Construction has been completed and we are open for your business. A few rules: If you see that the Outhouse needs attending too, please let the Keeper of the Ingalls Outhouse know. If you have any suggestions on how to improve your Outhouse experience contact the Keeper (Joe). And remember........

Magazines might be nice. Maybe Outhouse Monthly?

Rob, the Keeper thanks you for your suggestion and is working on fullfilling your Outhouse desire. Until then may I suggest our current offerings of the current issue of the Olsons Mercantile Monthly? There is a coupon for 1 (One) percent discount on purchases over $50.00!!

Sounds pretty luxurious! People might decide to stay in it.

I think our local magazine store used to carry Outhouse Desire. Then they got raided.

As KOTIO (Keeper of the Ingalls Outhouse) I thought it would be nice to spruce up the place and display artwork from our talented Little House forum members. Every once in a while I will 'hang' another piece, be it a drawing, painting, photo, etc, created from our own members hands and imagination. This is meant to be a tribute, a showcase.
I am proud to display the Ingalls Outhouse's first offering; With her advance permission, Miss Savannah's drawing, "Little Caleb" Would the artist care to share with us any details and what this drawing means to her?

Thank you for showcasing my Caleb, Joe! That was a typical early-summer day for Caleb - bare feet, a cowboy hat, and a pair of bib overalls. He was four-years-old there, and could melt the hardest heart around. Still could! Thanks again, Joe.
Thank you, Rob. He's sure a bundle of joy.

That's luxurious, Joe! I wish it was my own outhouse!
And Savannah...what a little sweet Caleb you painted for the board!

Consider it all of ours. But please remember to use the Vacant/In Use door slide I have provided. I would hate to see someone suprised by an unexpected visitor. In addition, I don't have to remind the men to put the seat down when you are done, DO I ALEXCZARN??

I hope you made it a two-seater. And a Sears & Roebuck catalog. No job is done 'til the paperwork's finished.

Hey since there are drawings hung, how about us ladies get together & sew up some pretty curtains for it?

Curtains would be a wonderful idea but Miss Misti, there are no windows except the half moon in the door. The KOTIO has resupplied the outhouse with the finest bathroom tissues known to man.........................
