| You turn off your computer and get an awful empty feeling, as if you just pulled the plug on a loved one.
You start using smileys :-) in your snail mail.
You find yourself typing "com" after every period when using a word processor.com
You can't correspond with your mother, since she doesn't have a computer.
In real life conversations, you don't laugh, you just say, "LOL, LOL."
You move into a new house and you decide to "Netscape" before you landscape.
When your inbox shows "no new messages", you feel really depressed.
You wake up at four o'clock in the morning to go to the bathroom and stop to check your E-mail on the way back to bed.
You don't know the gender of your three closest friends because they have nondescript screen name sand you never bothered to ask.I do #8

| OMG most of them are me too, lol!
This shows just how bad we are with all this technology, lol. My parents who are computer illiterate kept asking, "What are they saying?" lol!

| I can realte onlt to few of those depictions. These are: "...When your inbox shows "no new messages", you feel really depressed...." "... You turn off your computer and get an awful empty feeling, as if you just pulled the plug on a loved one...." That's really me, for sure! Vanesa. | |
