Spring must have quit

I think that Spring decided to quit its job. Huh?

The weather! My goodness! It's so bad that church was cancelled tonight - and that has only happened ONE other time in the 15 years that this Pastor has been at my church. As I look out my back window, all I can see is WHITE. I'm staying home tonight. I had to go out earlier, and the roads were really bad. People sliding off into ditches, etc . . . . and these are people who are generally used to driving in lots of snow.

So.....take care if you have to head out, and have the same weather as I do! And I hope that Spring decides to hire back in again. grinsmiley

oh my stars,That sure stinks...I hope all that snow does not last too long..We sure have been cheated out spring this years!!! Well over were i live we only got a lil of snow,but it sure has been cold has ever..,men we still have to have heat on......I was really looking forward to spring myself....I hope it can find it's why back soon..

It is sooo strange. We had a warm up of 70+ degree weather and then we had a cold front go in with the high last Saturday at 40 degrees and a cold rain. The rest of the week, highs in the 70's and into 80's.

We had warmer weather in December than we have lately. We are due to get another wintery mix storm tonight. My poor flowers had just started popping up too.

It was 70 degrees last Wednesday here. Now, a week later, snow is predicted :( Such strange weather!

I'm really not sure how unusual this weather really is, because back in 1980 when I got married, we left Arkansas around this time of the month and as we were heading out, it was snowing like crazy.....by the time we got to my hubby's sister's house in Texas, his mom called and said that we were supposed to take the snow with us...they had over a foot of snow on the ground by evening time......we NEVER get that kind of snow in this area......so, this might be a repeat of 1980....:unsure:

Strange...
Yeah, we were in the 80s but went back down to the 70s to high 60s. Anything in the 70s is perfect weather for me grinsmiley

It's supposed to rain this saturday but we need it!

We have had the same weather here too Carol, but then again I am just to the north of you. We are suppose to get rain on Saturday also.
