I just saw on the TV programming grid that Good Morning, America has a reunion of the cast of The Princess Bride this morning. The show is on from 7-9 AM, eastern time.

Okay, it was on already. I think they said they'd have more with the cast tomorrow.

Oh COOL!! Thanks Rob! Hope it goes to youtube...I won't be able to watch it tomorrow either. Or GMA might post it on their own site.

Wow! Cary Elwes has really lost his English accent!
Yeah, I just got that issue in the mail. I like how they acknowledged Peter Falk and Andre the Giant with framed photos in this photo. I guess Fred Savage's schedule made him unavailable for the shoot. Too bad.
If the story of how the author came up with this is true, I kind of like it. I guess he told his daughters that he would write them a story and asked what they wanted it to be about. The one girl said "A princess". The other one said "A bride". I liked that.
Has anyone read the book? I bought it at a used sale last year, but I haven't been able to getting around to reading it yet.
Who's going to do the cooking?!?!

I love this movie!!! Although, it's inconceivable that it is 28 years old!!!
"28 years ago today, 'The Princess Bride' opened in theaters.
The beloved comedy adventure was not an immediate hit. It was a modest success at the box office, but home video is where it really gained an audience and became a majorly quotable cult classic."
