| I like Frosty's answer...."HAPPY BIRTHDAY!"
It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are. Not a lack of churches or religious forms but of the real thing in our hearts. LIW.....Words From a Fearless Heart | |

| I do volunteer work for a book store and was asked to decorate an empty storefront window. I was a little concerned as I'd never done one before but said that I would give it a go. When I called the owner of the building for more information I asked if there were any restrictions as to what I could do and after he told me no I thought, "Good! I'll do a religious Christmas window then!" I did a Peanuts themed window. The first window has Charlie Brown asking, "Doesn't anybody know the true meaning of Christmas?" and behind him is the Charlie Brown Christmas tree surrounded by many presents. The other window features Linus quoting scripture from Luke two and behind him is a Nativity scene. A few days ago a local tv station did a story on how business were letting non-profit organizations decorate vacant downtown store fronts. They only showed three of the windows, but showed mine twice as well as zoomed in on Charlie Brown. Apparently the next morning they showed the close-up of Charlie Brown again and the reporter began to talk about the true meaning of Christmas. They even posted this image on their website. Oh, and Rob... Joyeaux Noelle! | |
