| So sad...and she had a baby too. I hope for the babies sake it was just natural causes.
Too many parents leaving their children knowing they had a drug problem etc.  It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are. Not a lack of churches or religious forms but of the real thing in our hearts. LIW.....Words From a Fearless Heart | |

| Leslie's half-sister, Ginger Carter, told authorities that Leslie had “a long history of mental illness” and seemed depressed the morning before she died, according to an incident report from the Chautauqua County sheriff.
While taking a shower, Leslie fell down and her half-sister helped her lie down. Leslie appeared to be sleeping at first, but by the afternoon she had stopped breathing. Her father attempted CPR, then called 911.
Leslie was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Authorities say medication to treat schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and anxiety, as well as a muscle relaxant, were found near Leslie. ~ Taken from People magazine (Sharmin)

| I wonder if postpartum depression could have been part of it. The baby was only 10 months I think. SOOO sad for the whole family. It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are. Her brother Nick, who had a scheduled concert date in Atlantic City that evening, didn't attend.
"I wanted to be at my sister's funeral, but my family has always had a complicated dynamic. I love my family," Nick says in a statement.
