Heart Wrenching Scene!

I LOVE this scene.

I saw this yesterday and choked up. He really grew on me.

I have always loved this scene. And I don't see how people can't get a little choked up at that line.

He was so cute here...he kind of grew up on LHOP, you just kind of noticed one day, he was a young man. I'm glad they didn't try to make him younger like with Carrie, he did a good job with the role he was given. I think instead of Nancy or Nellie, they should have given him a more starring role toward the end, before his wedding. "Maybe" helping a friend with a problem, something that let him show his talent more.

I saw it as coming earlier in the episode "Stone Soup." I was so glad that Willie got a chance to shine before the show ended.

Am I the only one who has always found Willie to be sort of nice in a way?

I used to find his name really funny when I was a kid.

OMG!! That scene also always gets me on the verge of tears. This is the episode where Willie has officially grown up.         

I loved "Willie" hope he is well today.

From what I hear, he is a stockbroker in NYC.

That amongst other things. Last time I heard, he was doing theatre in Pasadena!

Maybe one day, we will really know...they seem to protect him by making up locations and careers. Since he dropped out of acting after LHOP, I don't know why,he's not a "celebrity"  but I try not to project back my worst fears (part of being a mom I think)...did he become homeless, sick, drugs....then I think, he just wants to be alone and live his life and other things sound better than then saying he doesn't want to talk to fans,etc. Telling the truth would only spark more questions I suppose.
I didn't like how Melissa spoke of him in her book either to my recollection and I'm sure that has something to do with it too, their relationship, although I don't think he sees others either, but I hope so. I know the "twins" were looking for him a few years ago, mentioned in an interview they hadn't heard from him in a long time.

This is how I like to remember the relationship Melissa and Jonathon had, not matter what the truth may be...

Amen to that...if TV could only be life sometimes....(NOT reality TV of course) ; )
