| THIRD WATCH!!!!I LOVE THAT SHOW!!! I was SO addicted to it! It was years before I went out on Fridays when there were new episodes on!! You have NO idea how frustrating it was when they took it off! Even if we had it in reruns here! And then there is Officer Boscorelli, a.k.a. Bosco! GREAT!!! My mother and I actually were just talking about "Third Watch" the other day saying how there aren't any good shows like that, in that style (they are just those investigative ones now), anymore. Of course, ABC had "Detroit 1-8-7" on a couple of years ago. That was really good and just a good cop drama, but, big surprise, they took it off in only a year! Anyway, my favorite quote from the show, which I use quite often, in fact, is: " The world would be so much better without people". A Bosco quote, of course. Yes, that is generally my quote when someone has done something to really upset me, or I am having a terrible day. Who's going to do the cooking?!?! | |

| Yes, I do wish they would release all of them on DVD. I can't understand why it is taking so long when there are other shows out there that have been on TV for only a year and they have it released on DVD already.
I hope that those others come out because there is an episode later on with Doc. It is VERY good. His performance is incredible. It is the kind of thing that just baffles me when someone like him doesn't get recognition for the performance he gave in that episode. But I never thought "Third Watch" got the respect it deserved. The really good shows never do it seems. Who's going to do the cooking?!?! | |

| So, you haven't seen it yet? I mean, you were probably snooping around and read what happened, right? Well, you did read it. Not that you should believe everything you read! But in this case, you should believe it. Unfortunately. I never really did understand why they killed him off. Then there is the thing that happens later on with Doc that I mentioned. I didn't really know why they had to do what they did to his character either. But I guess I accepted it so much more than Bobby's death because Michael Beach (Doc) was so incredible in the episode. Still, and even though I know they like to make these shows "realistic", I don't know why they do some of the things that they do with the characters. They at least could've kept Bobby on longer than they did. I kind of agree about Carlos, by the way. He's in it all the way, though. Who's going to do the cooking?!?! | |
