| Do you still watch Little House on tv? How often? The last 2 weeks I've been on a LHOTP kick because work slowed down. 2 a day for me. I'm seeing episodes I haven't seen in years!! Yesterday I saw the episode where Harriet adopts Nancy, I never saw that one before. It was actually pretty darn good!! | I have the entire series on DVD, so I watch those. I watched the show starting some time during season 2 when it first ran on NBC and then for a while in reruns, but I stopped watching when they stopped showing the reruns and I pretty much forgot about it. Then, on Memorial Day weekend in 2006, I was channel surfing and came across a Little House marathon on TV Land. The first episode I saw then was part I of "As Long As We're Together", where the family moves to Winoka. I started watching where Albert flirts with Laura and Laura gets Albert's dime back with the bubble gum and shoestring trick, and then shortly after that Carrie has an accident on the sidewalk. I found myself thinking, "Wow! I remember THAT!" I watched some more of the marathon, and then I started watching episodes regularly on TV Land and Hallmark, and I was hooked again. I found that I had forgotten most of the series, remembering only a few specific episodes and scenes. I also found that I enjoyed the show from a whole new perspective as an adult than I did as a kid. I bought the DVDs over the holidays last year, and I've been watching at a pace of about two or three episodes a week. I just watched part II of "To Live With Fear" yesterday, so I have quite a way to go. | |

| I watch it on DVD, too. And I think I have the first couple of seasons memorized. I usually pretend that the last couple of seasons didn't exist - but I have to admit that Nancy was a hoot. I know that most people despise her, but Allison Balson certainly played the part well! | |

| Oh, yes! I still watch it. I have almost the whole collection on VHS and I watch them over and over without being tired. My favorite "homemade reruns" are the pilot movie, "Country Girls", "Town Party, country party", "The Richest man of Walnut Grove", "I'll be waving as you drive away", "As long as we are Together" , "Sweet Sixteen"and "laura Ingalls Wilder" among others. These are the ones I watch again and again more often, but I uses to watch all the epies I have as well, time to time. Vanesa. | |

| I don't get a chance to watch much TV. I work from home and when I'm not working I'm either playing wife and mom or reading. | |

| Actually, I have it on right now. Hallmark is playing the The Legend of Black Jake episode at the moment. Although I don't care much for the last couple of seasons, I find this one particular episode pretty entertaining. | |

| "The Legend of Black Jake" make me laugh rolling on the floor every time I watch it. It's one of those epies one never forgets, even if it belongs to the last year of "Little House". Vanesa. | |

| Nels playing a ghost to get back at Harriet seemed out of character to me. Funny though. "Willie, were you or were you not looking at the corsett ads in the catalogue?" - Nels | |

| I watch it every few weeks. During Christmas I enjoy the winter episodes. Sometimes when life is full of worry you just need to sit down and put in a dvd. It gets me back on track. It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are. Not a lack of churches or religious forms but of the real thing in our hearts. LIW.....Words From a Fearless Heart | |

| I own the complete series with the movies, but I still watch it on TV. It all depends on what I have going on, though. If I am available to watch it, I will. Based on my Christmas Eve schedule (whether there are some good Christmas cartoons on like "The Flintstones" - YES, I look very forward to the animated stuff then ), I will watch the winter/holiday episodes that night (or on the 23rd). While I know they may show them on TV, I much prefer to watch them as a marathon. And I think those winter/Christmas episodes get me really into the holiday spirit then. Who's going to do the cooking?!?! | |

| Yes! I've always loved to watch Christmas episodes at Christmas Eve. They makes me feel more like celebrating! Even if here, in Argentina, Christmas are at the start of the summer! Vanesa. | |

| I know! I think their Christmas episodes are so Christmasy. They really put you in the mood. I watched "A Christmas They Never Forgot" the other day when it was on TV. It was kind of depressing because it made me wish Christmas was closer. I'll tell you something, though. Whenever I see a Christmas episode in the middle of the hot summer, it actually makes me wish it was snowing here because that would feel so good in the heat! I was watching Pa and Almanzo walk across that snow (it was HOT here) and I was actually jealous that they had it and we didn't! I was jealous of their TV snow! It would've felt so good right at that moment! Who's going to do the cooking?!?! | |

| In fact I DO like "The Last farewell"...It's so emotional! But I can't watch, "Look back yesterday". I can't stand that the authors have Albert's ficitional character made up, just to kill him at the end! "There's no place like home" is one of my all life favorites. Vanesa. | |

| Yes, Hallmark is doing a marathon, running until 4am. They must have decided to do this almost at the last minute, because it wasn't on their schedule last week when I posted this week's schedule. They're showing a lot of the rarely shown 90-minute episodes, including the two-part episodes where one of the parts is 90 minutes. If you watch on Hallmark, now's the time to watch, because starting the week of 9/13, they'll be showing only one episode a day. | |

| I don't watch it on tv because I have it on DVD. Sometimes if a good episode is on I might watch a little of it and I used to turn to it on commercials sometimes. | |

| Nor here, but time to time, a channel airs the TV show in a whole. I mean that we could watch it beginning with the pilot movie and ending with the last three special movies in which Rose is kidnapped, Albert dies and Walnut Grove was distroyed. When I was a girl, I believed that these last two movies were two hours episodes and the first movie the first episode of the show... Vanesa. | |
