This is an old post, but a great idea, Susie!

Something that made me smile today was watching how excited my nine-year-old niece was when I taught her how to make scrambled eggs and sausage links for the family. She was so thrilled to be able to make breakfast for everyone!

Thank you Susie!! This is a GREAT topic!! I'm just tired of reading posts about being bored and depressed, it's always the same pattern. I just don't like the negative gloomy talks.

Anyway, I have many happy things in life that I'm grateful. One of which is where I am right now...at work. I love my job and everyone on my floor are like my second family...just a bunch of nuts!! Bliss

I went to Chinatown today and purchased some good gifts for my mother. She loves Eastern food. This made me happy. Besides it was a sunny day, and a little warm , after so many bitter cold grey-skied weather. I love cold, but I also love to walk in sunny days. Life is good with me and I realize this in these moments.

To be honest...I'm just in a good mood today. Nothing really *good* happened, but then again nothing *bad* did either. LOL, it's not my business to question a good mood when it comes along though, so when I'm done here I'm going to try to get some work done on my scrapbooks!
